Return Policy

Returns:

We know that online shopping is not an easy task, our team is doing their best to make your order, and we sincerely hope that you love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your order or there is any problem with the product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. If the return is delayed due to you being away on vacation or event cancellation, it will be rejected - no exceptions.

Please follow the return guidelines below:

  1. Please send a return request to our customer service email address with your order number, photos showing the problem with the dress, and this is a very important thing,our email address is: sweetsweetdress@outlook.com
  2. Once customer service approves your request, please ship the item back to us as soon as possible. In addition, please send us proof of postage (receipt + tracking number) by email. Note: The returned item must be in new condition, which means you can try the dress on, but make sure it is not stretched or has any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  3.  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Note:

No returns are accepted for the following situations:

  1. We do not accept returns for try-on items. This means if you only wanted one item but you bought two or more to try on and then you want to return the one/several items you don't want. In this case, we do not accept this return request.
  2. Custom sizes, styles or colors cannot be returned because they are tailor-made for you. However, we will discuss with you what may work.
  3. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling or improper maintenance.

Regarding Return Shipping Fee:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not have any return or shipping labels, please pay for your own shipping. We recommend that you understand the local shipping costs. International shipping costs are not within our control, please understand. We are not responsible for your shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancel within 24 hours, you will get a 100% refund;

      2.Cancel within 24-72hours, you will get an 80% refund;

  1. More than 4days, you will get a 50% refund;
  1. More than 7 days, you will get a 40% refund;
  1. Cannot cancel after the order is shipped. Hope you can understand the fabrics, craftsmanship and time we use on the dresses.
